Chelsea are working away behind the scenes as they look to strengthen their squad even further following the Champions League triumph over Manchester City in the Porto final.
The Blues spent around £250million last summer to build what turned out to be a Champions League-winning squad, but not content with a fourth-place finish in the Premier League, Roman Abramovich looks set to invest further to get his club to the stage of being Premier League title contenders.
Marina Granovskaia is already looking high and low with a top striker on the agenda, and we have already seen the likes of Erling Haaland and Romelu Lukaku linked.
But it’s not just up front where the Blues will look to strengthen with a number of centre-backs linked, and wing-back Achraf Hakimi has been linked with a big-money move from Inter Milan this week.
We will keep you up to date with everything on the transfer front and beyond in our live blog below across the day.
